1. A lease agreement signed with the owner of the rented apartment.
2. Oświadczenie właściciela innego lokalu. This document serves as a guarantee from the owners of an alternative property/house, indicating their readiness to accommodate you in the event of payment issues. (This document is issued by us).
3. Akt o podaniu ekzekucji which should be signed at a notary in your city.
The notary will schedule a time and date for the signing. Since there is typically a queue at the notary's office, it's advisable to make an appointment in advance.
However, it's solely at the discretion of the landlord whether to proceed with the signing with a notary or not. Some landlords may find our notarized guarantee sufficient.
And it depends on the landlord who will pay for the akt (±540 zł).
If you do not speak Polish, you will need a sworn translator (200 – 300 zł).
