• it is enough to notify about departure 10 days in advance
• we do not require a certificate from work, bank or guarantors
• caution (deposit) - 300 zł is returned upon departure if the apartment remains in the same condition, as upon check-in
• prepayment for booking – from 300 zł
• check-in fee - 700 zł per room
If after booking you cancel check-in, the prepayment is not refundable, since the apartment is removed from advertising and booked especially for you for the selected period. This means that at this time it is no longer offered to other potential residents. The composition of residents in an apartment may vary depending on current occupancy and vacancies.
